FELIWAY Spray enables targeted and convenient application to all areas in the house affected by scratching or urine marking. FELIWAY is modelled on the cat's natural feel-good pheromone. The spray is perfect for preventing urine marking and scratching in specific areas. If certain stress situations in the house (e.g. conflicts in multi-cat households) are the cause of scratching or urine marking, the use of the spray is ideally supported by the FELIWAY Happy Home diffuser.
Used preventively, it helps cats get used to new furniture more quickly and prevents stress-related behavior such as scratching and urine marking.

Composition:
Analogue of the F3 fraction of the feline facial pheromone 10% ethanol q.s. 60 ml

Application:
Urine marking: Clean the affected areas thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or water and allow to dry. Spray 1 puff of FELIWAY once a day from a distance of approx. 10 cm onto the affected area. Do not spray in the presence of the cat, as the initial intense alcohol smell/spray noise will irritate the cat. The alcohol smell evaporates (like perfume) after a few minutes.
Only allow the cat into the room when the area sprayed with FELIWAY is dry. Respray daily to prevent the cat from marking again. Continue to use until the cat rubs its chin on the areas and releases its own facial pheromones.

Scratching: Spray 6 puffs of FELIWAY once a day onto the affected area. Do not spray in the presence of the cat, as the initial intense alcohol smell/spray noise will irritate the cat. The alcohol smell evaporates (like perfume) after a few minutes. Only allow the cat into the room when the area sprayed with FELIWAY is dry. Respray daily to prevent the cat from scratching again. Continue to use until the cat rubs its chin on the areas and releases its own facial pheromones.
