VetLine Renal / Supports Kidney Function

Complete dietetic feed for adult dogs with chicken and sweet potatoes to support kidney function

Wolfsblut VetLine Renal is a complete dietetic feed for adult dogs to support kidney function in cases of chronic renal insufficiency and to reduce oxalate stone formation. When kidneys are diseased, toxins and waste products can no longer be sufficiently removed from the body, leading to an overload of the kidneys. Furthermore, reduced fluid intake combined with an acidic urine pH leads to oxalate stones. Wolfsblut VetLine RENAL is a special complete dietetic feed adapted to the needs of dogs with chronic renal failure and oxalate stone formation. A low protein and phosphorus content relieves the kidneys and circulatory system. The adjusted protein content results in fewer degradation products, and the low phosphorus content relieves the kidneys, as excess phosphorus cannot be excreted in cases of kidney disease. The delicious recipe of chicken and sweet potatoes promotes food intake and ensures nutrient supply. Due to its urine-alkalizing properties, the feed can contribute to a reduction in oxalate stones.

At a glance:

  • Recipe with natural ingredients
  • Fresh and digestible chicken as the main component
  • Specially for dogs with chronic kidney disease
  • An adjusted protein content and the use of high-quality proteins reduce degradation products such as urea, thereby relieving the kidneys
  • Reduced phosphorus and sodium content help relieve the kidneys and circulatory system
  • The formation of oxalate stones is reduced by a low calcium, vitamin D, and purine content, which counteracts urine acidification
  • Contains important essential fatty acids to reduce inflammatory processes and thereby strengthen the remaining kidney function
  • With valuable superfoods such as blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries
  • The particularly palatable ingredients promote food intake
  • Grain-free recipe, as it is not part of the natural prey of the dog's ancestor and is also one of the most common allergy triggers in dogs
  • Without corn, gluten, soy, flavor enhancers & artificial additives (except vitamins & minerals)
  • Developed with veterinarians
  • No animal testing

The individual feed components of VetLine RENAL were put together with veterinarians, in line with the findings on holistic canine nutrition for dogs with chronic renal failure. Wolfsblut dry food is therefore unique.

Please note that complete dietetic feeds can only support, but not replace, veterinary treatment. It is recommended to seek advice from a veterinarian before use or before extending the feeding period. The quantities given should only serve as a guideline, and the feeding amount should be adjusted according to your dog's individual needs. Every dog is unique, and the optimal feeding amount depends on many factors such as age, gender, activity, metabolism, and environment. Provide water freely.
